Robust sensor activated by the infrared radiating from hot product. Impervious to water or steam and built to withstand the harshest vibrations.
To accommodate variation in product temperature and background radiation, six specific IR thresholds selectable by internal DIP switch. All the end user has to identify prior to installation is the optic lead length and appropriate lens.
Utilisation of armoured optic lead allows the lens to be installed close to the process line in high ambient with the controller mounted in a safe accessible area.
All lenses incorporate filters to minimise sensitivity to extraneous light.
