Temperature Sensing for the Rolling Mill

The Digital Series 5000 Temperature Sensors have been engineered to meet the harsh environments of the steel industry.

There are three models available in this high performance temperature Sensor range. Each of the three models have a wide temperature range to meet the demanding requirements of the Metals Industry.

With the introduction of a USB interface, these highly accurate yet competitviely priced Temperature Sensors are configurable to meet most requirements within the Mill.

The Sensor is completely encased in either a Stainless water or air cooled Jacket and is provided with an Air Purge Nozzle that does not require a costly instrument air supply. Both emissivity and analogue output is configurable. Connection is straight forward to the PLC, alarm or temperature recorders. All Models are fully configurable on site via available software and USB Interface cable or alternatively can be provided at no additional cost to required emissivity and analogue range.
