Laser Alignment with High Accuracy
The MDZ-RG/MDZ-PT Heavy Duty Line Laser Projectors are engineered for alignment purposes in heavy industry. For instance, cropping steel plate to size, saw cutting of timber or ensuring that a warehouse crane is positioned accurately.
Provided with robust swivel mountings that allow for ease of mounting, these MDZ-RG/MDZ-PT Heavy Duty Line Laser Projectors can be utilised in many places where product must be cut for size or positioned to high accuracy.
The typical mounting heights for these Laser Emitters is between 2 and 5 metres and providing line lengths of up to 30 metres. The optics are focusable to provide a high definition line of equal density along its entire length. Additional models are available with short cross optics for mounting on cranes for illuminating the crane’s hoist.
Available in a wide range of power outputs to accommodate a wide range of mounting distances, the MDZ-RG/MDZ-PT Heavy Duty Line Laser Projectors are available with red laser for indoor use or green laser beam that is 5 to 8 times brighter for well lighted area or for outdoor use. Typically, the length of the beam is twice the mounting height, with focusable optics giving pin-point accuracy.
All the MDZ-RG/MDZ-PT Heavy Duty Line Laser Projectors are incorporate active cooling and in addition, optional Peltier cooled Enclosures allow mounting in areas of high ambient temperature. The ETM before failure is 30,000 hours for the red lasers and 5,000 hours for the green lasers. Furthermore, the red lasers have an operational guarantee period of 2 years and the green lasers for 12 months. Connect to an 80-270VAC supply.
